I am Megs, a Rhode Island based therapeutic body worker specializing in whole body wellness, integrating a comprehensive approach that treats the mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to restore balance with various therapeutic techniques designed to address your specific needs. As a body work practitioner, I offer sessions in my studio space, and also offer a traveling bodywork service.

I specialize in polarity therapy, craniosacral therapy, traditional Thai bodywork, cupping, fascia release, lymphatic drainage and more! I am committed to guiding you on a personalized wellness journey towards optimal health.

Traditional Thai Bodywork

This session takes place on a traditional Thai massage mat on the floor, working into the fascia, lymph, muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments and physical pathways all through the body. As a fully clothed session, Thai medical theory is used to apply the most effective approach for the individual helping to release physical & emotional stress.
